Need a hand? Here is everything you need to sort out an order.
Shipping. Orders are picked and dispatched from a US warehouse, with typical delivery of 2 to 7 days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Returns. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Start a return by contacting us with your order number and we will send you instructions.
Bundles. Every product on the site has bundle options. Choosing a larger bundle lowers the price per item, and the saving is applied automatically when you add the bundle to your cart.
Order changes. If you need to change an address or cancel, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched from the warehouse we can no longer amend it.
